Destoning machine
With our food mills and destoning machines you will be able to produce a pure, fruity, as well as stone-free and almond-tone free mash. Above all, the formation of cyanide or ethyl carbamate can be positively influenced. The distillates become more fruity and fruit-intensive in taste.
Stones, stems, wood and leaves are separately discharged. Depending on the type of fruit and the degree of ripeness, the output is classified at 0.5 to 5 tons per hour.
