Procera is the result of a love for Africa.
Guy Brennan, born in Australia, originally worked as a banker and his job was to grant micro-loans in Africa. First in Congo and later in Uganda until he finally fell in love with Kenya where he met his American wife. Sitting on the terrace one evening with friends enjoying a glass of gin, he realized that most of the botanicals in it actually come from Africa. So "...why send all the botanicals to London where they are distilled and then the gin bottle comes back to Africa! - Why don't we distil it right here?" So he decided to stay on the subject and found Roger Jorgensen, a well-known distiller in South Africa. Together with him, they developed the recipe for the gin based, among other things, on the Kenyan juniper (juniperus procera) that gives the gin its name, Somali acacia honey, cardamom and mace from Zanzibar. Distillation takes place in a MÜLLER AROMAT 230 liter still. The Procera Gin, which can be recognized by the mouth-blown bottle with the blue dot, has already won several international awards and is characterized above all by its fresh and complex aroma and is best drunk neat.

The Republic of Fremantle is more than just a distillery - it is the realization of a long cherished dream by the founders John, Matt and Jason.

All their spirits are crafted from scratch using innovative grape to glass production methods. Therefore, Master Distiller Oliver Kitson is carefully sourcing the wines to be distilled from West Australian vineyards. These are then double distilled in their custom-built MÜLLER AROMA 2,000 litre copper pot still. After this extensive process, a particularly mild but fruity Signature Grape Vodka is being extracted.
This craft vodka is then refined once again with selected local botanicals in their MÜLLER AROMAT to create an Aromatic Gin and a Full Bodied Gin. From zesty citrus to red fruits, these gins are inspired by the unique flavour profiles of WA wines.

The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle’s west end. Located on the outskirts of the metropolis of Perth. This breath-taking distillery can soon be visited by having a nice cocktail in their bar and restaurant or by joining the gin school to learn more about the distillation process.

In 2019, Patient Wolf Gin Co. opened their new distillery in Southbank,in the heart of the city of Melbourne. In addition to the AROMAT Distillery, a world-class cocktail bar is located nearby , behind which the best bartenders of Australia can be found. Whether you like seasonal drinks, gin and tonics, classic cocktails or something experimental - there is something for everyone. If you are more interested in the gin production, you can take part in one of their gin master classes which is being offered each weekend.

As the managing director and sommelier in a gourmet restaurant on the Danish island Bornholm, Henrik Nerst came up with the following idea:

In a master class, gin lovers can visit the distillery and taste the "WILD” botanicals of the island Bornholm in its various types of gin.

Eric has been running his distillery near Dresden since 2016.
Right from the start, he has dedicated himself to his passion of whisky. For maximum distilling flexibility it was clear that he would have to get a closed pot still system. Eric is doing a double distillation with a lot of patience and time to capture all flavors in his final products. He is using his Müller AROMA 170 liter pot still with a dephlegmator and a large Aroma-helmet. The special feature: His pot still is additionally equipped with a botanical basket for his gins. His corporate philosophy as a distiller is “pure nature”, which means all products are made without artificial flavors and additives.
Intensely aromatic fruit brandies of pear, apple and cherry as well as spirits of hazelnut and raspberry can also be found in Eric’s product line.
Anyone who is interested in distilling their own products can also have their fruit or gin creation distilled in the contract-distillery.

When Ralf decided to emigrate into the USA to start a family there, he certainly did not think that he would open a distillery at some point. “Dampfwerk Distillery” is the name of his new passion, which he now runs together with his whole family.
In St. Louis Park, Minnesota, specialties of his old homeland Germany are being distilled. That includes all kinds of fruit brandies made from local fruits as well as the“Helgolander”herbal liqueur. The Löffelholz family wants to pass on the German drinking culture with lovingly decorated bottles and labels. If you want to get to know the family, you can visit them for a drink in the newly opened Cocktail Lounge or participate in a guided tour through the distillery.

The Copenhagen Distillery was founded in 2015 and is now one of the most successful craft distilleries in Denmark. In addition to a selection of various award-winning gins, the extensive product portfolio now also includes a single malt whisky and typical Nordic aquavit with dill and aniseed. Their range of handcrafted fine distillates is not only impressive neat, but also as a cocktail - for which there are plenty of recipe suggestions on their website. The typical Scandinavian style of the distillery is not only evident in its distillates, but also in the unusual design of the bottles, the location in the middle of Copenhagen and the issue of sustainability. The Copenhagen Distillery has been certified organic since 2019. In addition, the 1,000-liter MÜLLER AROMAT distillery is heated with CO2-neutral wind energy, the hot cooling water is recycled for whisky mash preparation and the grain stillage is passed on as cattle feed.

Aqua Vitae Sydfyn was founded in 2005 as Denmark's first craft distillery with its focus on fruit brandies.
Karstens and Lene have always followed the philosophy of carrying out all work steps from the tree to the glass by themselves. Kartsen’s focus is centered around the old apple varieties of the North. Therefore, it is hard to find someone else who might be more familiar with the different flavors and uses of these rarities.
His success proves him right, because his apple brandy "Filippa" won 1st place at the Danish Økologisk Landsforenings fødevarekonbewerbence early on and the world’s top gastronomy, such as the Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, serve their high-quality distillates produced there.
In addition to his own organic fruit, he also offers his AROMAT Pot Still for contract distilling. Customers can have their fruit from their own tree upgraded to a high-quality distillate.

The Gütermann family is known beyond the borders of the Black Forest primarily for the production of excellent sewing threads.
Martin Gütermann belongs to this well-known family of industrial entrepreneurs and he founded Gütermann Consulting GmbH in 2010. A consulting company specialized in risk management, organizational consulting and executive coaching for German and Swiss customers. The "Alte Schule”which means“old school house" is the company's headquarter which was originally built in the 1750’s and got lovingly renovated by Martin Gütermann. In the village there are only seven farms, a church, the old rectory, very lovable people and many cows and goats. The view goes down into the valley and the pure Black Forest - a very calming atmosphere.
A particular highlight is the Müller AROMAT Pot Still in the entrance area of the seminar room.
So the distilling is sometimes a good change to inspire the smoking heads of the participants at seminars and training courses for new ideas.

The Liviko Distillery looks back on a success story of more than 120 years. The company was founded in 1898 and has since become the leading producer and supplier of alcoholic beverages to all Baltic countries. Among the most famous products are the Viru Valge Vodka and the Vana Tallinn Liqueur. In addition to that, they have also been dedicated to craft distilling for years and therefore the Crafters Gin has become known worldwide.

In 2018, the more than 100-year-old copper pot still called "Mama Ilse" was allowed to retire and got replaced by two modern MÜLLER units. With the 100L AROMAT called " Matha" and the 500L AROMAT called "Elfriede" the range of craft products now became more and more extensive. The Liviko Distillery even developed a Zero-Waste Softdring (Recrafted Crafters) where the remaining botanicals from the Crafters Gin distillation are transformed into an ingenious non-alcoholic soft drink.
