Impeller mash pump
Impeller pump
An impeller pump offers the most gentle way to pump. At a low speed, it achieves a high performance and is very gentle on stones due to the food-safe rubber impeller. This design also allows the use of 1-phase motors. This pump is mainly used for mash transportation (e.g. from the fermentation tank to the pot still). Forward as well as reverse gears offer an effortless way to empty the hoses.

Eccentric screw mash pump
Eccentric screw pumps are particularly suitable for mashing of fresh fruit. Depending on the design, a fruit funnel can easily be installed. The screw squeezes the fruit accordingly and pushes it into the screw pump. Forward as well as reverse gears offer an effortless way to emptying the hoses. Due to its specific suction characteristics, this pump is also preferably used for thick and gooey substances such as molasses. We offer different models and sizes.

Centrifugal Pumps
The centrifugal pump is particularly suitable for liquid mashes such as beer, cider or wine. Forward as well as reverse gears offer an effortless way to emptying the hoses. The pumps are very robust and can also run dry for short periods. They come with a metal impeller and are small and therefore very handy. Depending on your custom needs, we offer different sizes and capacities.
Discharge pump
Our heat-resistant centrifugal pumps are made entirely of stainless steel and of the highest quality. The pump housing is constructed in such a way that solids from stone mashes or pomace are no problem to pump. Due to the high performance of the pump, the outlet can be reduced to NW 50.
This heat resistant waste discharge pump can be retrofitted as a mobile unit or permanently installed on the pot still.
