Pete has lived with his family in the Dyfi UNESCO Nature Reserve in Wales for over 35 years. Since childhood, he has studied the breathtaking nature, biology and botany of this region. His homeland is known for its unique biodiversity, the clearest waters and, due to its low population, the most starry night skies in Europe. In the midst of this paradise, Pete works as a beekeeper and distiller.
The distillery is part of the Corris Craft Centre where, in addition to Dyfi's products, other artisan and local specialties can be tasted.

The foundation of Dyfi’s family business is the sustainable sourcing of local herbs, flowers and plants for the distillation of the gins. This results in all of their products representing the Dyfi region, incorporating and reflecting the scents and flavors of the Nature Reserve in a particularly aromatic way - simply pure nature!
