The Distillery
BACCAE Paris was founded in 2008 by a former restauranteur, Julien Roques. Julien grew up between the Armagnac region of the southwest of France and Martinique, famous for its Rhum Agricole. With the help of Bastien, a long-term friend and expert in wine and spirit distribution, BACCAE grew to be a true craft house, specialised in experimental and tailor-made spirits. Spirits are made of French raw materials and organically certified.
